Five sealed burners range from a 16,000 BTU SpeedHeat burner for fast boiling to a 5,000 BTU simmer burner, plus a 7,350 BTU oval burner sized for griddles and other long cookware. True Convection uses a third heating element to circulate hot air evenly for faster, more even baking, while Convection Conversion automatically adjusts standard recipe times and temperatures when convection is used.
Frozen Bake Technology skips preheating for select frozen favorites like pizza, going straight from the freezer to the oven. Two EZ 2 Lift hinged cast iron grates lift up in place so spills underneath can be wiped away without removing them, and both are dishwasher safe. The Self Cleaning oven includes a Steam Clean option that loosens everyday spills using just heat and water, reducing how often a full self clean cycle is needed. This range is also LP convertible for use where natural gas is not available.
