Is it really free to join?

Do I need a registered business?
No. Solo tradespeople and side businesses are welcome at the Member tier from day one. A resale certificate is what unlocks tax exemption once you have one on file.
Am I tax exempt automatically?
Not automatically. Upload a valid resale certificate from your account, and our team reviews it. Once approved, tax stops being charged on your future orders.
What's Net-30?
Net-30 invoicing (pay 30 days after purchase) is planned for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Pros, but it isn't live yet. For now, all Pro Elite orders are paid at checkout like any other order.
